



These are the rails of a children's rollercoaster on the beach. I really like this poster edges filter effect - so I'm getting it out of my system before I'm tempted to use it in a challenge.
Not sure if I'm doing this right but here goes - a picture a day all year. Wish me luck.

very nice. i like the rusty look to the rails. they might also have looked cool in b&w or in sepia.

I've never heard of the poster edges filter effect before you mentioned it. I like the effect a lot too, but think that it would work even better if you made the light part of the sky darker. Thanks for the filter tip - I'll have to check it out! I am sooo jealous of your beach with amusement park. It looks like a photographer's dream there!

The third one is the best! There are great subjects on your beach to shoot. Very unusual.
